1. What is the return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, you have 31 days from receipt. Items should be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please email us athello@petalandplant.co.ukor use our contact form to start the return process. Note: the customer is responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Do you offer exchanges?

If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to place a new order after your return is accepted.

Contact us first to arrange the return, and once it’s received and inspected, we’ll process your return according to our Returns Policy.

3. What are the delivery options?

We offer two delivery options through Royal Mail:

  • Standard UK Delivery: £3.99, 2-5 business days
  • Express UK Delivery: £4.99, 1-2 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

4. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor delivery.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@petalandplant.co.uk.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.

6. Can I return gift cards?

No, unfortunately gift cards are non-returnable.

Additionally, some custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, are also non-returnable.

7. Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we ship only within the UK.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@petalandplant.co.uk.

While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help!

9. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. Sometimes, delays can occur due to postal disruptions or weather.
